I am a certified music lover, I really cannot live without it, I know everybody does, its just so amazing when you get to hear different rhythms of music, wherein you can reflect on things that are happening in your life or has happened in your life, I believed that music can make people understand each other better and can strengthen oneself and give enough courage and inspiration to live and survive life, without music I can say that life would be boring and people would have a hard time understanding other peoples emotions, so music can really help people build strong relationships and I would just like to share that my favorite genres of music are alternative and rock as well as techno, these things really get me going with the ups and downs of life but lately I was stuck with the lgbt music which was suggested by a gay friend of mine I realized that a life of being a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered will never be easy because not all people will understand or even try to understand and accept them and through this lgbt music, these people are hoping that they will then be understood by other people on how they live their own lives and how they deal with other people though some of their beliefs are against the norms, but still they are people that must be respected and must be treated equally with their rights, we do not have to judge them right away with what we see in their physical appearance, this lgbt music is for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people, when I get to hear this lgbt music I was really touched by what they are trying to say with their lyrics in each song though I am a straight woman.

The parents play major roles in the formation of their kids into mature individuals and it is their job to make known to their kids that we have a Creator and we were created in His image and likeness and in this way the kids will be humble and have respect for themselves and for other people as well which is vital. There are kids now and the youth in the generation today have now forgotten that there is a religion and there is a God and this may be cause by the disregard of the parents and they did not and were not able to teach their kids what is good and what is bad and these children are now misled and are lost. There are now many drop out kids, and there are others that resort in taking drugs, and they become notorious since at early age they are not given the chance of knowing what is the word fear of God is all about which should have been instilled in their mind that from our god we should fear to do something bad to become a good person, and fear in the sense in a justified way of living. This is the time where youth ministries are important in the society and in the world that we live in because it is not possible for man to live on his money alone and there is always someone higher and someone greater than us who is more powerful and knows what goes on in life and he protects us and guides us in our journey.

A cousin of mine who lives and works in Oregon is currently in town to attend a one month security training required by the company he works for. The security training Mike will be attending is in line with every company’s goal to increase awareness and deeper understanding on how to avoid security breaches at work. One major objective of any security training is to have employees work with utmost care and security within the company or organization. Mike informed me that the security training he will be undergoing has been required and paid for by his company as part of their yearly security skills evaluation and certification because it is essential to build a good foundation for the for the he’s security skills. The security training will be handled by experts on information security who will be assessing the trainees at the end of the course and will certify them if they pass. Plus during the entire security training, Mike will be trained by certified experts who are known to provide a detailed training experience, a unique training methodology and at the end they will assess the trainees and certify them if they pass. Each employee in every company has a big role in keeping the company safe and secure and making them aware of their responsibilities is what the security training emphasizes. Personally, I think that security training program is a great tool in making employees aware of their role in keeping the company keeping the security and safety within an organization.

When I was younger and a business student in the university, I used to wonder what it would be like when I graduate and become a professional and work in the corporate world, earn my own money, pay my own bills and basically just become independent. And every day, while walking my way to the University, I used to watch adults in business attires passing by or crossing the streets with big bags on their shoulders and attaché cases on hand and seem to be always running out of time like they always have an important meeting to attend to or important people to meet and I always imagine what would it be like to be one of them or be in their shoes. So during job hunting, I have carefully chosen potential employers all over the city and submitted my resume to them and luckily a big company noticed me and hired me as a business analyst and I’m proud to say that I have been working in the same company for five years now and have already been promoted twice to a major position handling tasks involving creating business strategies and learning new ones which I love by the way. If you find fulfilment after a job well done, then it won’t matter how hard or difficult the job is because you will always find it rewarding and this is what I always tell my subordinates that I want them to learn how to manage their time wisely and how to survive stress despite the heavy workload and my SWF Decompiler. But despite all the stress and challenges I have to deal with in the office every day, I can still say that I’m one of the luckiest persons in the world for having a job that is fulfilling and for me loving what I do add to that the generous boss that I have and the officemates I can turn to anytime so when stress and anxieties hit me, I only have to think about the people under me that I’m helping and managing and the fulfilment I feel whenever I finished a project on time and getting praises from my boss then I feel okay.

Owing to the fact that I am a child whose mother and father have curly hair, I will not be shocked to know that I have curly hair as well but to my surprise, my peers will tell me that they like to have these curls also. In spite of the good compliments that I get from other people, still it does not alter the way I see those curls and so to mitigate this feeling, one of my dear friends opted to make use of hair rebonding products as well as a buy chi flat iron in order to even out my curly hair. Because it was the first time that I got acquainted with hair rebonding, it was difficult for me to accept the offer right away but since the commercials promoted by salons convinced me, I became so eager to give myself a try. Because of what they have witnessed, girls at school could not believe that I already have a straight hair and in an instant I became famous in our campus wherein boys talked to me more often, teachers treated me nicely, and the girls wanted to be friends with me. Since then, I would hurriedly go to my friend to maintain the straightness of my hair.
